For popular dates, especially during the dry season from November through April when South Florida's event calendar is at its busiest, booking four to eight weeks out is a good target. Quinceañeras and larger corporate events often benefit from even earlier planning, since they involve more coordination around timing and coverage needs. That said, if you have a last-minute event, reach out anyway, we'll let you know our availability honestly.

Do you cover events outside South Florida?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Destination and out-of-state event coverage is available. If your celebration or corporate function is happening in another city or state, get in touch with the details, date, location, and scope, and we'll talk through what's involved. We're experienced at communicating clearly in advance so the logistics are handled before we arrive, not on the day.

Will you be the photographer at my event, or will you send someone else?

Accepted Answer

I personally photograph and guide every session. For larger events, particularly weddings and high-attendance celebrations, additional photographers, videographers, and content creators may be added depending on the selected package. You'll always know exactly who's showing up and what to expect before the event day.

How many photos will I receive, and when?

All professionally edited images from your session are included, this is a complete gallery, not a curated handful of selects. The exact number depends on event duration, guest count, and the pace of the coverage, but you won't be left wondering if you got enough. Turnaround timing will be communicated clearly when you book, so you're not left waiting without knowing what to expect.

Can I add coverage time if my event runs longer than planned?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coverage is structured in hourly increments and additional time can be added if your event runs over. We'd rather stay and capture the end of the night than leave when the best moments are still happening. Just flag it with us in advance when possible, and we'll make sure the coverage fits your actual timeline, not just the one on the invitation.

Do you cover both the details and the people, or just candid guest photos?

Accepted Answer

Both, and we consider the details as important as the candids. The florals, signage, centerpieces, and table settings that someone put real effort into deserve to be documented before guests arrive and the space gets lived in. We make a point of photographing the environment early in the coverage window, then shift focus to the people, the program, and the unscripted moments as the event unfolds.
