For larger weddings, additional photographers, videographers, and content creators may be added depending on the selected package, but Karli is always present and leading the day. You'll know exactly who is showing up and what to expect well before your wedding date. We don't hand bookings off to associates or substitute photographers without your knowledge.

How do we know which package is right for our wedding?

The clearest starting point is your timeline. Tell us when the ceremony starts, whether you want getting-ready coverage, how long the reception runs, and roughly how many guests you're expecting. From there, we can walk through the tiers honestly and explain what each one covers, and what it doesn't. We'd rather help you find the right fit than push you toward a larger package than your day actually needs.

Do you travel for destination weddings outside South Florida?

Yes, destination and out-of-state work is a regular part of what we do. Travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport, are discussed transparently before any agreement is finalized. There are no expenses added quietly after booking. If your wedding is outside the region, reach out with your location and date and we'll have a straightforward conversation about what travel entails for your specific situation.

What does the full gallery include, and how long until we receive it?

Every package includes a full edited gallery, not a curated selection of highlights, but the complete set of images from your coverage hours, professionally edited and delivered digitally. Gallery turnaround timelines vary by package scope and season, and we'll give you a realistic delivery estimate as part of your booking conversation. We don't overpromise on turnaround and then leave you waiting without communication.

What happens if it rains on our outdoor ceremony?

South Florida weather, especially during the summer wet season, is something we plan around rather than hope away. Before your wedding, we'll talk through your venue's backup plan and build timeline flexibility into our coverage approach where possible. Rain doesn't mean ruined images, some of our most striking ceremony photos have come from overcast or dramatic-sky days. We stay adaptable and communicative from the morning of your wedding onward.

Can we add videography or a content creator to a photography package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our extended packages are designed to include second photographers, foundational videography, and elite videography, which adds a feature-length wedding-day film, a five-minute social media film, and a dedicated content creator. Having photography, video, and content creation coordinated under one booking means the team has worked together before and knows how to share a timeline without stepping on each other. How far in advance should we book for a South Florida wedding date?

Accepted Answer

For peak dry-season dates, roughly November through April, popular weekends book months in advance. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility you have in matching the right package to your needs. Summer dates tend to have more availability, but we still recommend not waiting until the last minute, especially if your wedding falls on a holiday weekend or at a high-demand venue.
